Yas Sofa

The Yas armchair and sofa feature a solid oak frame that can be stained in a range of colors. The evoke the stilts of the Landes region, and the shapes are of a quilt leaning against the structure. The tapestry has the particularity of a handcrafted “festoon” stitch, derived from the technique of assembling espadrilles. A deliberately relaxed and very “feel home” style, ideal for spaces offering a relaxed and warm atmosphere.

DESIGNER: Samuel Accoceberry

Born in Bordeaux in 1972, Samuel Accoceberry is a graduate of Beaux Arts in Nancy. He began working for Alcatel, then continued his professional experience between Milan and Paris with Antonio Citterio, Rodolfo Dordoni and Arik Levy. In 2010, he opened his own design studio, working for Aéroports de Paris, Chevalier Edition, Staub, etc. In 2013, he was awarded the Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris.
